HPTC short term classes are designed for adults wanting to develop new career skills or experience new personal interests. Most of the adult training and development classes are held in the evenings, with a few offered on weekdays and Saturdays. Click on "Details" to learn more about each of our class offerings.
All tuition and fees listed are for in district residents, out of district students will be assessed an additional charge. The HPTC School District includes the school districts of Buffalo, Fargo-Gage, Ft. Supply, Mooreland, Sharon-Mutual, Vici and Woodward. Please call 580-571-6185 for tuition rates for out of district enrollments.
You must be at least 16 years of age to enroll in any Adult Career Development program.
Payment for each course is required when enrolling online. If you need to delay payment or make payment arrangements, enrollment must be done either in person or by calling 580-571-6185 or 580-571-6159.
Class space is limited.
Enrollment is on a first-come, first-served basis and must be completed before the start date of the class.
Early enrollment helps keep classes from being canceled.

Class Cancellation Policy
High Plains Technology Center reserves the right to cancel classes due to insufficient enrollment or for circumstances beyond our control. A full refund will be processed. HPTC also reserves the right to change dates and times published.
We encourage class participants to enroll as early as many classes have a minimum and a maximum number of students.
We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site. We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information and the page(s) you visited. We will not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone.
How We Secure Your Information
Your payment and personal information is always safe. We have implemented reasonable technical, physical and administrative safeguards to help protect your personal information against unauthorized access or loss. For example, when we ask users to provide payment information (such as credit card number), the data is protected during transmission to our third party vendor using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology.
Prior to start, full refund will be given less a $10 processing fee. No processing fee will be taken if HPTC cancels a class.
After first class meeting, no refund is given.
