The Oklahoma Commission for Teacher Preparation (OCTP) contracted with the Evaluation Systems group of Pearson for the development, administration, and scoring of the Certification Examinations for Oklahoma Educators (CEOE). The purpose of the CEOE program is to help ensure that all candidates seeking certification in Oklahoma have the knowledge and skills necessary to perform the job of an entry-level educator in Oklahoma public schools.
Test Registration & Scheduling Information
Registration: To take a test, you must first complete the registration and payment process at the CEOE program website: www.ceoe.nesinc.com
Scheduling: Once you have registered to take a test, you may schedule your test appointment online 7 days per week, 24 hours per day. Test appointments are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
To schedule a test appointment, log in to your CEOE account and select “schedule” on the current registrations page for the test you wish to schedule: www.ceoe.nesinc.com
After you schedule your test appointment, Pearson VUE will send a confirmation email listing your test date, your testing time, the address and phone number of the test center, and directions to the test center.
Rescheduling or Canceling a Test: To reschedule or cancel a test appointment, log in to your account at the CEOE program website and follow the instructions provided on the current registrations page: www.ceoe.nesinc.com
Also available, HPTC offers the new computer based HiSET test, a national high school equivalency test. To schedule your HiSET test log into www.hiset.ets.org and create an online account. Candidates can then select a test center and schedule according to the available days and times.

High Plains Technology Center is now a Prometric Satellite Test Center. We are pleased to offer ASE computer based testing. Register for testing online at the ASE Website . Once you have completed your registration call, Jennifer Dew at 580-571-6129, to schedule your testing appointment.
ACT Residual Testing
HPTC offers an on-campus "residual" testing program for the ACT. Testing is available to HPTC students who have officially applied, have been admitted or have enrolled in one of our programs. Residual test scores are only applicable and reported to HPTC for admission, course placement and advising purposes. The Spring 2020 date for the test is Wednesday, May 20th. Check in is at 8:00 am, test begins at 8:30 am - late arrivals will not be allowed to test. Cost is $50 payable the day of the test. Please read the FAQs for more information - Click here. Adult education night classes are currently open for enrollment in Woodward for those adults who would like to work toward improving their basic skills in math, English, and reading or who would like to earn a GED high school equivalency diploma.
Classes meet every Tuesday and Thursday evening from 6:00 to 9:00 P.M.. in Woodward at Oak Park School on the corner of 15th and Oak Street.
Enrollment will be on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of each month at 6:00 P.M.. and is open throughout the year for all interested adults.
